I have been obsessed with fashion and trends since before I can remember. When I was just five years old, I converted my childhood bedroom into a 'retail store' and would charge my family to enter my room and purchase products I curated from my own wardrobe. Ever since then, I knew I would one day build a career in the business of fashion.

 Over the past 12 years, I have achieved that vision, spending my time between San Francisco and New York, in various leadership roles, managing both established high-volume omni-channel divisions and internal start up e-commerce businesses. Throughout my career, my consistent focus has been on driving results. Whether it's building high-performing teams, creating best-in-class product, or driving top line growth and profitability, I combine my passion for the creative process with a strong business acumen to optimize brand performance. Most recently I was the Senior Director of Global Merchandising at Gap Brand, where I led the brand's fastest growing division (activewear and body), and was responsible for architecting the product strategies that accelerated category growth and enhanced the brand vision.

The dynamic, fast-paced environment of retail is what continues to motivate me, because it allows me to exercise my entrepreneurial spirit in order to drive innovative solutions in this ever-changing climate. With the heightened importance of e-commerce and the evolving role of stores, I am excited to use my experience across channels to re-imagine the customer experience.

PROUDEST CAREER MOMENT:

In 2016 I launched the first ever omni-channel plus-size division for LOFT brand, adding +$10M incremental retail in the first year, and built a new and inclusive customer base.
