Banana Republic, 2012: Launched co-branded made in USA custom shirts collaboration

Created localized strategy to reinvigorate flagship stores through partnership with San Francisco based brand, Taylor Stitch. 

  • Identified partnership to deliver on relevant trends “made in USA” and customization by offering limited edition made in America custom shirts and co-branded ready-to-wear shirts in the Banana Republic flagship shop-in-shop destination.

  • Architected partnership strategy, profit model, sales forecasts and curated collection in partnership with Taylor Stitch.

  • Generated buzz with local and national media outlets including write-ups in both Refinery 29 and SF Gate.
