Banana Republic, 2015: Launched speed-to-market strategy & pipeline

Guided cross-functional workstream to re-engineer speed-to-market pipeline for Banana Republic to be more agile and demand driven, increasing sell-through by 24% and adding incremental volume.

  • Simplified pipeline to as few as 12 weeks from concept to market (vs. standard 34 weeks and previous 26 week speed-to-market pipeline). 

  • Identified key trends & chase opportunities in partnership with design and worked directly with vendors overseas to bring product to market.

  • Created chase process and visual decks that were integrated into open-to-buy meetings and adopted by all Banana Republic Merchandising.
