Re-launched key knit tee categories and right-sized mix of fashion vs. basic, exiting unproductive legacy styles and shifting into on-trend fashion bucket.
Doubled % of inventory that is on flexible pipeline to better read/react to business and trends.
Created a testing model to gauge customer demand on big ideas before placing bulk buys. Served as Women’s Lead on brand for testing.
Launched loungewear concept, “Sunday Sunday” to capitalize on learnings that customers want comfort and luxe fabrications.
