Drove strategies and led execution to turn around Banana Republic Knits business, driving +4.5% sales comp with margin outpacing at +6% comp.

  • Re-launched key knit tee categories and right-sized mix of fashion vs. basic, exiting unproductive legacy styles and shifting into on-trend fashion bucket.

  • Doubled % of inventory that is on flexible pipeline to better read/react to business and trends.

  • Created a testing model to gauge customer demand on big ideas before placing bulk buys. Served as Women’s Lead on brand for testing.

  • Launched loungewear concept, “Sunday Sunday” to capitalize on learnings that customers want comfort and luxe fabrications.
